My purpose at heartsabustin is to provide beautiful handmade jewelry at fair prices to my customers. If you have any questions about a piece or would like a custom order, please let me know. The pieces that are offered are one of a kind and will never be duplicated UNLESS it is an order for a single customer.
All my pieces are unique. Please be aware that if you order a custom piece, it will never look like another piece I do. Some of the elements I use are the only ones I have. That's what makes me so undeniably cool!
Most pieces can be altered in length; some can't. I'll do my best to accomodate any special requests.
Payment
I currently use PayPal to process all orders. Your payment is due when you submit your order.
Just a quick note about PayPal: PayPal will allow you to purchase using their secure site as a "Guest" even if you don't have an account with them. As some people may not be aware of this, I wanted to make sure everyone knows that.
If I have not received payment from you within 24 to 48 hours, I will cancel the sale.
Shipping
I will ship USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation for all domestic orders. I ship as promptly as possible. If something needs to be shipped more quickly, please let me know, and I will ship using expedited shipping. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR PRIORITY OR EXPRESS MAIL.
International customers are responsible for any and all customs and other charges associated with international shipping. I WILL NOT MARK A CUSTOMS RECEIPT AS GIFT, SO DON'T ASK. This is highly illegal in the US, and I don't really want jail time because you don't want to pay customs fees.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied for any legitimate reason, your money will be refunded minus shipping and handling and any insurances. The item must be returned within seven days in the same excellent condition it was sent out. I will not refund if the listing correct.
I will NOT pay for return shipping. It is my suggestion that the item being returned has Delivery Confirmation added to it for your peace of mind. That way, you KNOW that the piece was delivered to the return address. It only costs a nominal fee to add Delivery Confirmation to a package.
I can not guarantee a piece that has been worn in the shower, pool or ocean. Water can be very damaging, and the chemicals and minerals often found in water can be corrosive. If a piece falls apart from wear and tear, I am always happy to fix the piece. All I ask is that you pay for the return shipping to me, and I will pay for the shipping to you.
Bridal Clutches
Custom order bridal clutches require at least four weeks notice so I can order fabric and flex frames. Once the order is placed, there are no refunds or returns. The pieces are made to order according to your wedding's colors, and it would be difficult to sell them to anyone else.
